Meet Dallas

Dallas Manning is a mentor, speaker, and coach for teen boys who are angry, lost, or stuck, because he’s been there himself.

Dallas grew up as the kid most people gave up on. He battled addiction, ran with the wrong crowd, and nearly lost his future more than once. But through a series of turning points — and people who believed in him when he didn’t believe in himself, he found a path to healing, wholeness, and purpose.

Now, he’s the coach he wishes he had at 14.

Dallas brings honesty, grit, and heart to every teen he works with. He doesn’t offer judgment or empty advice, he offers truth, accountability, and unwavering belief. His unique ability to connect with hurting boys cuts through walls of anger, addiction, and apathy. He’s not trying to fix them, he’s helping them see the gold in themselves.

He also understands the power of family systems. That’s why his coaching often works in tandem with Chelsey’s work with moms, to bring alignment and healing to the whole home, not just one member of it.

Whether he’s mentoring a teen, leading a coaching group, or speaking to families about second chances, Dallas leads with one message: Your past does not get the final word.
