Meet Chelsey
Chelsey is a coach, speaker, and mother who knows what it’s like to fight for joy in the darkest seasons.
After years of infertility, adoption, and the death of her husband to terminal cancer, Chelsey found herself parenting a deeply hurting teen, alone, exhausted, and afraid. Despite therapy, prayer, and every strategy she could find, nothing seemed to help. Her home felt like a battlefield, and she was drowning in guilt, grief, and shame.
But she didn’t give up.
Her journey, one marked by trauma and transformation, led her to discover tools for nervous system regulation, trauma-informed parenting, communication, boundaries, and joy-fueled survival. She realized that joy and celebration isn’t the reward at the end of the tunnel, it’s the oxygen you need in the tunnel.
Today, Chelsey coaches other mothers who feel like they’re barely holding on. With deep empathy and practical wisdom, she creates safe space for women to breathe, reset, and rebuild. Her work combines spiritual truth, therapeutic tools, and a fierce belief that even in the wilderness, beauty can grow.
She is the author of Cue the Confetti, co founder of The Joy Pod, and a voice of hope for women who are ready to feel joy again, not just survive.
Her mission is simple: to help you come home to yourself, even while you’re fighting for your child.
